Drive down any street in any major city and you will likely find a sign placed in a window that advertises another business falls victim to today's struggling economy.

GOING OUT OF BUSINESS you read as you pass the endless supply of commercial property that will soon be forgotten and abandoned. This is the sad truth for many companies who still try to hang on with a traditional brick and mortar operation. This is why more and more people are flocking to the internet to either find their next business venture, or research what options they may have in the home business industry.

The good news is this is a trend that eventually will pass. You will see again, times of business booming and empty buildings packed with more stuff for us consumers to buy. 5. Lots of unemployed people need to make some extra $$,perhaps you have a project that they could sink their teeth into. Top talent for very little pay.

I've given you 5 ideas, some of you will have the light bulb above your head shine like a beacon, others will make excuses and run into the dark.

The fruit is ripe and ready for the picking,some will say that "I don't want to take advantage of others" sorry folks but we are way past that, these people are in trouble and are looking for help! Can you HELP!

I recently had a chance to visit a Going Out Of Business sale in my area. I purchased a jewelry stand that had 175 necklaces and bracelets hanging from the stand. Each piece was priced between $1.99-$4.00 they were wooden bamboo pieces nothing fancy. I confronted the manager and asked "How much if I buy all of it?" She pulled out her calculator and offered me a fair price of $20 for everything. I did not make the first offer the manager did,this is what she needed to get. I agreed and purchased all of it. My investment was $20.00+tax, my potential profit is between $175-$700 depending on what I want to sell them for $1-$4 each. Can you start to see the potential here folks?
